><p>F\u00fcr ihre sehr gute Berufsschulleistung erhielten Marina Cortese und Matthias Heller einen Staatspreis. Auch von Cohu gab es f\u00fcr den Notenschnitt von 1,2 eine Anerkennung.<\/p>\n<p>Im September 2017 begannen die beiden ihre Lehre zur Industriekauffrau bzw. zum Industriekaufmann. W\u00e4hrend der 2,5-j\u00e4hrigen Ausbildung waren sie in verschiedenen Abteilungen eingesetzt, um die Abl\u00e4ufe eines Industrieunternehmens kennenzulernen. Marina und Matthias durften kaufm\u00e4nnische Abteilungen wie Einkauf, Verkauf, Buchhaltung und Personal durchlaufen. Sie lernten aber auch die Bereiche Lager, Montage und Qualit\u00e4tssicherung kennen.<\/p>\n<p>Die beiden Preistr\u00e4ger wurden in der Abteilung \u00fcbernommen, in der sie ihre Abschlussarbeit verfassten: Marina im Processes &amp; Quality und Matthias im Spares Business Support.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eBesonders gut hat mir an meiner Ausbildung gefallen, dass ich viele verschiedene Abteilungen durchlaufen durfte. Dadurch konnte ich die Zusammenh\u00e4nge der einzelnen Abteilungen zueinander erst richtig gut erkennen und verstehen, wie ein komplettes Unternehmen eigentlich funktioniert,\u201c sagt Matthias \u00fcber seine Lehrzeit. Auch Marina ist begeistert: \u201eMeine Ausbildung bei Cohu war f\u00fcr mich eine sehr sch\u00f6ne Zeit, ich habe hier nicht nur f\u00fcr meine berufliche Zukunft viel gelernt, sondern mich auch pers\u00f6nlich sehr weiterentwickeln k\u00f6nnen und dabei immer mit netten Kollegen zusammenarbeiten d\u00fcrfen\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Derzeit besch\u00e4ftigt Cohu 24 Auszubildende. J\u00e4hrlich werden Mechatroniker und Industriekaufleute ausgebildet. Der Ausbildungsplatz Fachinformatiker\/-in Systemintegration wird alle drei Jahre besetzt.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\"
